7. McCain's economic adviser, Phil Gramm...
is the person most responsible for what is happening on Wall St today. The legislation that he was able to put thru when he was a Senator did away with laws that guarded against such transactions as these banks have been involved with. Someone should ask Senator McCain about Senator Gramm's role??
