She's in Canton, Oh. tonight and it takes a $25,000 check to meet her at a private party. $10,000 for a picture with her and $2,500 to eat in the same room.

I'd rather shave my family jewels with a rusty old beer can pop-top than meet Gov. Palin.

1. Two years ago
I met her on a street corner -- with some half naked men -- and it cost me nothing (and I've got the photo to prove it).

5. Because she's sexist
She doesn't think she has to go through the same activities as the boys.

Somewhere between sarcasm and an assessment.

4. Brian Williams showed McSame out on
his own today and said he isn't drawing the crowds he has been used to when Palin is with him. He was in what looked to be a small school gym and about 1/2 the seats were empty.

8. Yeah, we chatted a little bit.

We were in line with her at the Holiday gas station on the corner waiting to pay for our lattes. It was election day, and my husband and I were sign-waving for Diane Benson, Democratic candidate for the U.S. House, and Sarah was campaigning for herself, of course, for governor. We just talked about how cold it was, laughed about how the boys with 'VOTE 4' on their chests and 'TONY' (Knowles) on their backs must be freezing (it was right around 0 that day). She said she hoped Diane would do well in the election. It seemed like she wasn't much of a fan of Don Young's. It was just chit-chat really, pretty much what everybody was talking about that day -- the cold and the election.

6. America is being destroyed by celebrity. It's killing our society.
Seriously.
