YouTube censors video documentary on Palin's churches

From the talk2action.org research team...

"Last Sunday our research team released a video, a ten-minute mini-documentary, focusing on the Wasilla Assemblies of God and the video seemed on the verge of a massive "viral" breakthrough when YouTube pulled it down, citing "inappropriate content".

At the point the video was censored by YouTube it had been viewed by almost 160,000 people. The short of it is that YouTube has censored a video documentary that appeared to be close to having an effect on a hard fought and contentious American presidential election..."

a.k.a. "Dr." James Dobson or some other leaders of the Religious Reich.

This exposes their fanaticism and luancy to a degree they are NOT comforable with.

YouTube doesn't censor stuff (only governments do that), they just respond to accusations of copyright theft and the like the same way most internet sites do. The video was probably taken down by some 22 year old who was told that the first rule of successful work was 'cover your ass'.

This is a weakness we have on the left. On the right they make sure the message gets out, then complain about the 'librul media' or whatever. Too many left sites go 'oh, sob, we were censored', which outrages the faithful but causes the uncommitted to immediately regard the complainant as a whiner.
