14. They seemed to have had an engineering problem tho
with the "speech conveyance" unit in the neck, it makes all kinds of strange sounds, resembling human communication but instead of words we hear high pitched squealing, uncontrollable pitch shifting, and staccatto bursts of super sonics..

The Palin/Cheney Culture WarBot still needs work.. You can also tell that the human brain contained within seems to be starved for oxygen and suffers from debillitation as a result.. But that may signal a battle between two forces of Darkness fighting it out in the lonely confines of the Japanese inferior steel..

What we're seeing is just an AI subroutine intended to keep the system functioning at a basic operational level. It was never intended for the national stage - hence why it was hidden away in Alaska!
