1. Its only tied in Polls, since polls only measure existing voters, not new Dems, its not tied
Since new dem registrations are 2 to 3 to 1 or more than repubs and are not polled there is a huge number of people the polls are missing.

Registrations and they are in almost every state.

And none of them are on the lists that the pollsters use to make their calls.
