NOT. But I do believe they both MAY actually have been sober for a change.

Also, wasn't it nice of the backstage coordinators to make sure that they didn't come out onstage until after Arnold had left?

Why watch something that will only make you angry, anxious, and stressed-out?

Fortunately I have digital cable so I can put the tv on Classical music all day. I couldn't look at Nixon, I couldn't look at Reagan, I couldn't look at Bush I and I can't look at Bush II. Revolting. Lies. Garbage. Fakery. And nasty words my mother wouldn't like for me to say.

11. I am neither watching the RNC (the big CON) nor am I listening
to my regular talk shows. I download the Al Franken show and listen to it on my iPod at work. I also download Democracy Now and Flashpoints and listen to them.

As if that isn't enough I take my laptop to work and listen to movies on DVD.

I cannot watch the parade of lies because I will stroke out.

Just what's commented on only here or on the news. This Madison Avenue commercial, which is for an empty jar of a product isn't going to enlighten anybody about what they really are up to. It's the Purple Heart BandAids and the things that are happening around the convention that tell what the Republicans are really about. You don't need to watch the stage show for that.

I'm just a stamp short of going postal as it is. I am getting my coverage snippet by snippet on DU. That, interspersed with protest reports from indymedia and AAR is the only way I'll keep the contents in my stomach.

On edit: earlier tonight I was at truthout watching the Will Pitt reports. Highly recommended!

I have not even been able to listen to or watch the ass wipe before this RNC got started!! If I were to try to manage more than a 2 second period of time with the hate fest these asses have going in NYC, I KNOW that I would not have a TV to watch anymore!!!
They're all sitting there in this sickening group with their hate the poor love the rich mentality..I'm just happy not to be as close geographically as I was two years ago to NYC...I'm quite sure that I would've shown up there AND ended up being one of the many protesters getting arrested for speaking my own thoughts and opinions..Hey, does anyone out there even remember any protests at all going on at DNC??? I don't remember hearing anything about anyone upsetting anything there for Kerry/Edwards..Hmmmm..I wonder what that means????? Oh well..one more thought for you...this is what I feel like doing EVERY time I have to hear or see Bush...:puke:

81. I will only watch what the daily show reports
I still haven't watched one second of cable news channels (except daily show snipets) since the day Saddams statue was pulled down by the "happy iraqi crowd". (As we know BBC was showing the whole picture that day and that was it for me)

86. Not watching, only listening to Pacifica Network coverage
The simpering and smirking of them visually would make me so enraged I'd probably put something through the TV set.

BTW: Pacifica is doing a great job of coverage inside and outside, as well as analysis of all the Repuke BS.
