What are the three most important issues facing American families today? I think everyone would put the economy in there, considering the erosion of the middle class over the past 8 years and the current financial crises. In worrying about my kid’s and grandkid’s future, I might list energy security, the threat posed by deteriorating relations with Russia, the general demise of US moral authority in the world and health care as major considerations. Well, if you agree, you are dead wrong. It’s school vouchers, no gay marrying and guns:
Q: In relationship to families, what are your top three priorities if elected governor? A: 1. Creating an atmosphere where parents feel welcome to choose the venues of education for their children. 2. Preserving the definition of “marriage” as defined in our constitution. 3. Cracking down on the things that harm family life: gangs, drug use, and infringement of our liberties including attacks on our 2nd Amendment rights.
