Will Bush leave office with a lower approval rating than Nixon?

Nixon left office with a 17% approval rating.

I think events of this week might be the breaking point for a lot of the 30%-ers.

1. It certainly seems likely now. WE all know this Wall Street stuff isn't going
away any time soon! At least Nixon had the decency to leave office when he realized he wasn't wanted!

3. I saw a bumper sticker today that said:
January 20, 2009 George W. Bush's last day!

4. The Bush bottom of the barrel is busy hypnotizing each other
They're all over the airwaves, claiming that this is all Clinton's fault, or it's the fault of the Democratic Congress, or it's the fault of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac who allegedly had a couple of Obama spokespeople in its hierarcy.

Meanwhile, poor Bush is the suffering victim of this terrible economic meltdown.
