That's it! I'm establishing a rule: No More Narcissists in the White House.
Sarah Palin reminds me of every dim-witted, but aggressively opportunistic narcissistic woman I've had the dishonor of dealing with. All style, no substance, and an incredible snow-job artist. And look at her progression of careers: beauty pageant contestant (Look how pretty I am!); sports reporter (Look at me on television!); politician (Look at me wave to crowds and attain power that I can abuse!) Her vindictive streak as Mayor of Wasilla and as the Governor of Alaska expresses the need to keep away those that would unveil the false face she places in front of the public.

Is she George Bush in a skirt with an up-do? Yes! Will her placing one toe in the White House mean more of the same? Yes!

KEEP NARCISSISTS OUT OF THE FUCKING WHITE HOUSE. WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER MALIGNANT NARCISSIST RUNNING OUR COUNTRY!

1. NO more cheerleaders, beauty contestants, and compliant POW's.
No offense to anyone who are, or have been in these cool, or tragic circumstances, It's just time for a well educated constitutional scholar who was a community organizer.

2. So you're voting against Obama?
You have to admit he's a narcissist. He always looks good. That was one of the main reasons I supported Hillary because she is all substance.

3. No, he isn't a narcissist. A hallmark of a narcissist is a profound lack of empathy.
All humans have narcissism, in fact we need to have "healthy narcissism." And there is nothing wrong with someone trying to look good -- unless it is a mask for deep feelings of inferiority.

Obama has a healthy degree of narcissism, without which he'd never be the ambitious, hopeful person that he is.

But Bush has malignant narcissism, leaving him completely unable to empathize with others. And I agree with the OP -- Palin does, too.

4. Uh... no more narcissists? So no more politicians then?
Let's face it, the kind of people who even want to be President are already a little full of themselves. It's unavoidable.

5. I know a politician personally and she isn't like that.
Don't mistake confidence or even ego for malignant narcissism. Even in Clinton's case (narcissist) he wasn't malignant. He didn't lack empathy and didn't take joy in hurting others.

Bush and Palin are malignant narcissists.
