McCain's ad buy on the Today Show
It's run twice in the last 15 minutes... There are quick flashes of headlines from his "maverick days", and a voice over about how responsible and populist he'll be in dealing with the economic meltdown..

There's even a shot of a Savings & Loan!! (That's pretty damn ballsy if you ask me)

It sounds hokey to me...

BTW, the original Mavericks were introduced by Ford Motor Company and cost $1,995.00...

2. yeah, I see McCain ads every freaking morning.
I live in upstate NY...are these national buys I guess ? It's so sickening to see the final, shadowy image of himself with "Original maverick" underneath...I cracked up at the Savings image too.
