Norah O'Donnell repeatedly misrepresented Bidens comment.
Norah kept saying that Joe claimed it was patriotic to raise taxes when what he clearly said was that it was time for those making $250,000 and more do their patriotic duty and pay more in taxes. I though Norah had improved recently, but this was either a conscious lie on her part or she just took the RW talking points on faith and did not verify the quote. Either way in this instance she has failed as a journalist.

I was rolling over a retirement account from a former employer to another account, and this financial advisor was telling me all about how much tax money he could save me by re-jiggering my finances, and I asked him directly:

"Do you love America?"

"Yes, I certainly do."

"Do you support our troops?"

"Of course I support our troops."

"Then why do you have such a problem paying for it?"

He was gobsmacked.
