"John McCain thinks that tax evasion is patriotic"
Of course the McCain camp wants to twist Biden's words around with this. Twisting words around in political campaigns is nothing knew, and is fair game.

The correct move, though, to counter, if McCain wants to play it that way is simply to come out now and say that McCain is saying that not paying taxes is Patriotic. Wasn't he in some kind of default on some housing taxes as well?

If McCain is going to go there, that's how you hit this fastball back at him.

1. Just where the hell does McMoneybags
think all the dough for the gazillion-dollar bailout handouts for his financial cronies are coming from? Where does he think all the dough for the military and his beloved endless wars are coming from? And if he feels that strongly about it, then he can give up his fucking $58,000 annual military pension that we pay for.

2. Tax evasion is unpatriotic
and that meme should be driven home. How else can we "support the troops" and maintain our national infrastructure!
