McSame-Poison is down 10% in Colorado (a state Bush won) -- http://www.realclearpolitics.com/RCP_PDF/IA_Colorado_Poll91808.pdf;

McPain is 11% down in Iowa (a state Bush won) -- http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollReport.aspx?g=3762a738-bf31-416c-81cd-d35599c13107;

McPain is down 9% in Michigan (that's worse than Bush did in 2000 or 2004) -- http://www.maristpoll.marist.edu/MIpolls/MI080919.htm;

McPain is down 8% in New Mexico (a state Bush won) -- http://www.surveyusa.com/client/PollReport.aspx?g=edc4d070-fb0f-43a8-b19c-6b32c3ad36f7.

2. No arrogance -- we need to be well ahead to avoid election theft. This is just to keep hope up and
to confirm that hard campaigning can beat vociferous lies.

3. If Obama wins those states, plus the Kerry states, he is our next President.
I think I have that right.

6. If Obama wins Colorado, Michigan, Iowa, and New Mexico, we're in for a BIG night (from the top of
the ballot to the bottom in all sorts of states).

5. Happy to see the Michigan numbers
I've always felt Obama would at least end up doing better than Kerry and Gore. With these types of numbers, having "Obama 08" chanted at a campaign event, and facing many protesters in Grand Rapids (hardcore Republican territory), it hasn't been a good few days for McCain in Michigan.

8. Me too. I was fearful that Michigan would have been a close fight if McCain had chosen Romney. When
McCain was forced to accept an anti-evolution dominionist to appease the base, I think McCain lost any realistic chance of winning a "purple state" like Michigan.

11. I don't believe the Colorado numbers
There is no way we are that far ahead. Maybe the lead is 3 points at most, but 10? I think not. However, I do think we can and will win in Colorado.

15. The base isn't that big

I think we can win Colorado. I think we can win it a lot more easily than some states that people seem to be really excited about right now like Florida and Indiana. However, I think whichever way Colorado goes, it will be by less than 3 points.

Though I'm still hoping for an Obama blowout :)

13. The Michigan numbers are great. Michigan is a key must win.
I am confident Obama will win MI but the polling had been awfully tight until this one. Cheers!

16. I'm not sure Michigan is a MUST win, but there are MANY paths to victory that include Michigan and
few that don't include Michigan.

I think we're golden in Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Pennsylvania so long as we don't take our eye off the ball for the next two months.
