Hardball - Pundits claiming neither McCain or Obama breaking through with economic message? WTF?
Just finished watching a segment on Hardball where Barnicle (in for Matthews) was talking about the weeks events with Chris Czillia (sp?) and Jill Zuckerman.

Both of them were trying to argue that neither McCain or Obama had connected or given the appearance of leadership and competency (in voters minds) with respect to the economy?

Are they high? I mean its obvious McCain dropped the ball with his stumbling, bumbling, and flip-flops. But how do you come to the conclusion that Obama is not "connecting" with people when his rallies are jam-packed and every jab he takes at McCain gets roaring appraise. How he is not showing leadership when he holds a press conference and delivers a calming, intelligent message while taking questions that no-one else would answer.

I mean, WTF?

6. The MSM has to surpress the reality that this was a Republican made crisis

They cannot do that if they admit Obama is on message while McCain has flipped his positions in a state of panic.
