Although it's not as bad as it initially sounded (personnel would have to complete paper ballot, scan it, and send it as an attachment by e-mail), what would the potential for voter fraud be like with something like this? FYI: We have a GOP SOS who is promoting this idea due to concerns about military ballots not getting back in time for the election but the article acknowledges the potential for it to go through a few hands before being secured. This apparently is going on in 10 other states. Any reason to be worried? *BTW that last question was rhetorical.
