Just visited the TX state HQ, picked up an Obama-Biden bumper sticker and button, and

... it was great to see a lot of the faithful in there on phones, computers, selling the mdse. (such as what I bought), and although I just got the 'regular' bumper sticker, it was tempting to get the "SARA PALIN: CHENEY WITH LIPSTICK" sticker. I put the button on immediately and went grocery shopping, then stopped in a Wal-Mart parking lot (I thought that was appropriate) and put the bumper sticker on... felt like I had a target on my back all the way home (TX currently is at about 38% for Obama :^p

By the way, this was all after I'd waited for weeks to get the sticker from MoveOn, only to find out they'd ran out.

Get those stickers, buttons and yard signs out there!

2. I didn't get mine either.

I thought it might be because of a recent move and mail forwarding. I'll bet they were pretty swamped for requests.

3. Their website said they only had 200,000, and that they ran out in 48 hrs - but I'd

clicked on 'send me one' immediately after getting the email - or so I thought, anyway.

4. About the Moveon buttons.......

I got an email on the 17th. I got the free one but not the ones I actually paid for (it's cool Moveon's good with me).

Here's the email:

Oh, btw, I got my MoveOn Obama button two days ago in the mail, fortunately! I also got 2 different free bumpers from them. My guess is they were completely swamped and maybe some requests got lost, unfortunately. :\
