3. Obviously they will have Obama tied or leading.
But NC is too fickle IMO. Better for Obama to put the resources in the rustbelt (Ohio, MI), Virginia and Florida.

12. If Obama wins North Carolina he won't lose Michigan and probably not Ohio either
It will probably be worth Obama's while to put some resources into the state if more polls show like this. Remember that he has more money than McSame does.

6. 58% say economy is the top issue???!!!
If that number stays, Obama will win the election.

7. They seem to he hinting that as the economy becomes the top issue, McCain loses support
Edited on Sat Sep-20-08 07:44 PM by Motown_Johnny
in a better than 1 to 1 ratio

as the economy gaines 9% as top issue McCain lost 11% in his lead

If this trend continues then the 10% gain in the economy as top issue would result in a 12-13 % loss for McCain

that is clearly far to much to ask, there is always a point of diminishing returns. But I'll bet Obama is ahead in this poll, possibly beyond the margin of error

10. The Correct Inference Is That Obama Is Winning
Edited on Sat Sep-20-08 07:55 PM by DemocratSinceBirth
Based on the correlation between his percentage of the vote and how the respondents feel about the economy...

That would send shock waves through the political world...
