Poll question: Which of these states do you think we have the greatest chance at winning?
All we need is one of these to get to 270 with IA, NM, and the Kerry states! IA and NM are looking like locks. I voted we'll win all.

1. As an Ohioan...
I'm voting for my state. Ohio presently has ONE MILLION more registered democrats than registered republicans.
Kerry ACTUALLY won the state in '04---and NOW we have a democratic secretary of state.

2. BTW, if I voted for just one, I'd say CO
But barely - I think the trend in OH is going our way except for one poll, and Obama's internal polling must be telling him something about FL. VA has also polled well lately.

I feel the least confident about IN, but think with the economy that Obama will pull it out.

4. Also re: Ohio

don't know how many people outside the state know this, but our Democratic Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner has managed to get a one week overlap of the last week of voter registration and early voting. In Columbus, she has designated one of our large "convention center" places as the location and for one entire week you can walk in, register and vote on the same day.

OF COURSE the GOP filed a law suit on Friday against this.

WHY would they want less voters? hmmm???

5. Actually from what I understand, the repugs did this last time,it is
set to sunset in Jan. 09 and she found a way to use it to our benefit and they are objecting and filing a lawsuit on their own rules! I think, that's the way it was described to me anyway.
