is Gwen Ifill going to moderate the VP Debate ?

i think she is moderating at least one of the debates. and with the Republican demands that no direct debate interaction between Biden and Palin, i think this should help our side.

the Republicans would have loved to use anything to try to portray the debate as the men being mean to the woman.

but Ifill doesn't need to worry about that as some male moderators might. and Biden doesn't need to worry about how he will respond to Palin since his answers will be directed at either the moderator or the cameras.

remember the Campbell Brown questioning of Tucker Bounds and asking about Palin's qualifications ? i think most people didn't view it as negative because Brown is a woman. if a man had done it they might have got more sympathy.
