Biden To Deliver "Major" Foreign Policy Address
Posted by Ryan Corsaro

(CBS)From CBS News' Ryan Corsaro:

(WILMINGTON, DEL.) - Joe Biden is set to hold what is being called a “major foreign policy speech” on Wednesday morning in Cincinnati, Ohio.

On Tuesday, McCain’s running mate, Sarah Palin, is set to meet with several world leaders, including Afghan President Hamid Karzai, Colombian President Alvaro Uribe and former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger in New York City. Kissinger endorsed McCain in December of 2007.

No further information has been released on Biden’s speech. He travels to Baltimore on Monday to address the National Guard Association of the U.S. General Conference, followed by fundraising events in Washington, D.C.

1. To counter the shallowness of Caribou Barbie's meet 'n' greet?
What a meaningless little photo op for the little plastic piece of fluff.

3. Bet money he addresses the latest terrorist attacks
and so on. He's going to go after Bush/McCain on the fact that Bin-Laden is still out there organizing those attacks. He's going to pin it on their failed strategy in Iraq. That if we'd have been focusing on Afghanistan and working diplomacy aggressively with Pakistan, we could have dealt a death blow to Al Quaeda and Bin-Laden would be standing trial now.

That's my guess.

14. Campaign by contrast
While Mooseburgers collects photo ops to put something into her non-existent portfolio, Joe Biden can address the nation - something that she couldn't pull off convincingly if they used every remaining day of the campaign tutoring her to make her seem competent.

He knows the debate won't be a great place to make a case, so he can do it by just getting out there and speaking to the issues, knowing she can't.

16. But can he see Russia from his house?
Biden will vaporize Palin with his laser eyes, or so it will seem when he runs circles around her.

Can't wait for the debate.
