In the debate, Obama needs to draw solid connections between
the wars, globalization, and the financial crisis and then he needs to firmly cement them to national security and foreign policy. AND he needs to hammer McCain for not doing his job as Chair of the Commerce Committee and on is overzealous support of risky war ventures.

1. Avoid globalization

I think he should avoid talking about globalization and concentrate on issues in which scores are more easily won. The war and the financial crisis are things that concern everyone, republican, democrat and independent alike.
