Gee I wonder if the big vote will take place EXACTLY
in the the time frame of the ducked debate, "forcing" both to be in DC instead of Miss.?

This bill is practically wrapped up already.

The Republicans can try and play party politics with it if they want to, but it will backfire.

Obama and the Dems have a plan, and it is a plan the public wants to hear. The Republicans have no plan. Some of them are saying no way, no how -- which at least indicates integrity and coherence. But McCain & Co. continue to bounce around in search a of message that will stick with the American public.

Obama is coming out of this as 1) bipartisan, 2) an extremely capable executive (here's what I want, you figure out the details, let me know when you are done) and 3) calm under fire.
