The key to victory in Iraq.

Their economic fundamentals just aren't there. Give them $700 billion and then you will see the situation in Iraq get better. Believe it or not, Iraq is in a crisis that is worse than America's crisis.

The alternative is to fail to achieve victory in Iraq and that would mean cutting and running. Iraq is bringing down GWB's ratings and it could also bring down the ratings of financial institutions in America.

It's not as though America would receive nothing in return for the $700 billion. For example, there is some excellent real estate in Iraq. It's warm there, so it costs less to stay warm in the cooler seasons. There's real estate for sale in Iraq, and it's possible to get some of it with no money down.
