McCain is stuck with Palin
The choice of Sarah Palin fits in perfectly with McCain's temperament and personality. It was a erratic and reckless choice that obviously involved no thought.

Now he is stuck with her. I don't see how even in the event of a manufactured family emergency, that there could be a change on this ticket.

Does anyone think that any republican with presidential aspirations would go near McCain now?

I doubt Mitt Romney would be willing to be seen within a thousand miles of McCain after what we have now witnessed.

5. Lieberman would do it, but I am not
thinking Romney would. It would kind of be like that whole McGovern thing all over again.

6. Yeah. Romney is actually smart enough to know he has a better change in 2012...
...than he does campaigning with McCain against Obama.

4. His only chance would be with Paul or Huckabee.

DO NOT put it past him, though. His entire campaign is a series of such stunts.
