I wont' spoil anything for West coast viewers, but if the media gives this single episode half the amount of coverage as it did the Gore ones, McCain/Palin are going to be two hurtin' pols.

4. I'm in a seriously red state, and on our local discussion board,
I'm seeing some "vote Republican or die" posters admitting that they have little confidence in Palin after thinking she was great at first. They can no longer defend her ignorance, even though they may still like her ideals. While SNL may not be a part of their sources, the media interviews from which the satire is taken is causing them to have to look harder at her.
