6. Thanks for this. I'm not as worried about Biden as I am about expectations.
Biden has been playing it exactly as he should - he's humble and has been talking up Palin's skills.

On the other hand, many of us (myself included), have been treating Palin as a laughable twit. At this point, all Palin has to do is speak in complete sentences and she'll be hailed as holding her ground against Biden. Add chewing gum to such a performance and we'll have a clear winner. :-)

All Joe needs to do is state his positions in short concise answers. I know he's not known for this, but, I guarantee that they've been working on that with him. He doesn't really even need to attack Palin, just demonstrate his vast knowledge.

Originally I was worried that he'd have to "take it easy" on her so that he didn't come off as "picking on the girl". Sexist? Of course, but, we're dealing with republicans, it's not sexism until it happens to them. But, I don't think it will be that difficult. No teleprompters, she will be flying on her own and from what we've seen, she's gonna need a lot of help.

Man, I love that guy! I have a smooshy spot in my heart for him.
