Watching the Columbus Ohio McCain/Palin Speech
With Cindy in the background, I believe she really doesn't like Sarah. It's like watching Meg Ryan diss someone and it's odd that she wasn't in the picture with her hubby.

2. I'm in Cbus too

Didn't know about this until someone in my office joked about having extra tickets... we all had a good laugh at the thought of wasting our time there. ;)

Welcome to DU! :hi:

5. I think you're right

With Kerry, people liked him and his views, but there wasn't as much excitement. I think a lot of it has to do with Obama's charisma on the campaign trail - he is just better at inspiring people than Kerry was. There is also the historic nature of this election - Kerry, much as i liked him, was just another rich white guy. ;)

I REALLY wish Ohio would swing Dem... i don't care how we win, as long as we win, but it would be EXTRA sweet if this state would finally get it right!
