Frankly, Scarlett, Jon Stewart is the only thing worth watching
I can tell from here and the little that I flipped to see last night and this morning that all watching the TV does is make me want to high tail it to Canada.

Jon Stewart's piece of "fake" docudrama on Bush last night was brilliant. Brilliant.

I suggest that you do not miss it. It summed up everything that is wrong with this man's Presidency.

George Bush, Because I say so.

Ain't no truth nowhere.

It's almost unbearable to live in this country of lies and fear especially this week and this day, but I'm holding on until November.

2. Jon Stewart docudrama of Bush was great!
Bush in his own words...beautiful. The Bush dance steps are totally obvious. Why can't the media see it or are they just that pro-Bush because he won't restrict their conglomerates?

5. Watch last night's "TDS" repeat tonight at 7 pm EDT.
I always like to get that plug in for those who don't know they still have a chance at what they missed the night before.

3. Phil Maher
is also very good. His interview with Michael Moore was one for the ages.

the problem is that Maher and Stewart together reach maybe 15% of the electorate, and every one of them is already voting Dem or farther left.

They are dead on point, but they make no difference.

4. Bill
and Yes, he is THE most effective liberal in my opinion at tearing down right-wingers. Oh I SOO wish that he was up against O'Reilly every night on CNN or MSNBC

9. I thought Steven Colbert's piece...
Words speak louder than action was fantastic..whoa did I really just use that word...yeah I'll own it...FANTASTIC!!! Its what I've been saying all along...these chickenhawks use words to stir up the dumb redneck that seems to be lurking under the surface of so many and some are even proud of being ignorant,stupid,rednecks...ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS...as usual the group in this admin. have everything backwards.

10. And Jon Stewart is going to have a measurable effect...
on the outcome of this election. I really think he is reaching a part of the electorate that is not counted in the polls: the 18-22 year-olds. Having never voted, they are not counted as "likely voters". Plus, they either have cell phones or are just not home when the polling companies call...so they can really bring about a suprising finish to the Kerry campaign.

Jon Stewart's show is funny, cutting-edge, but it is also extremely intellectual and does contain facts that even major news media miss (remember when Cheyney said he'd never said that Iraq posed an imminent threat? Then the Daily show found the tape from Meet the Press where he used the exact same phrase?-- that was a classic).

The Daily Show is going to give the Kerry campaign a little push come November 2...

11. "I'm optimistic!" "I'm optimistic!"
"They're going to strike us again."

That was great. Can't Kerry hire some of these guys for a few months?
