Will It Matter if Palin Wears a Receiver?
Two questions:

1. Would Palin's surreptitious sound system, unlike Bush's in 2004, be detected early and seriously busted by Gwen or Biden (or who- or whatever)?

2. These "debates" are somewhat fluid conversations -- not written tests -- in which it's generally necessary to think and speak almost instantaneously in sentences and paragraphs (or at least semblances thereof). Aren't the mental mechanics involved such that Palin's wearing a wire could conceivably hurt her more than it helps? I mean ... Bush was no less imbecilic than usual when he was wired for his debate vs. Kerry in 2004.

3. A Wire would not help her.
1. Yes, I think Joe or Gwen should ask her if they see a bulge under her jacket or a hearing device in her ear.

2. She is going to give those strange run-on sentences that don't make sense whether she has a person on mike feeding her lines OR NOT. She will be robotic if she did because there is a delay in answering while she is listening otherwise.
