Did al Qaida really endorse Bush?

I have read a quote on DU at some time in the past stating that al Qaida wanted Bush as president, but I am unable to find it now, nor am I able to on google. Is the quote legit, and where can I find it on a news site?

Of course they would love him for the next 4 years.

They count on the fact that Bush will be sidetracked again by invading some other poor country instead of focusing on fighting terror and al Qaeda. There are so many countries all over the world to democratize...why focus on terrorism if you can play "War President" instead?
