My office neighbor calls it right - McCain is gaming the ref for the Debate
This whole brouhaha over Gwen Ifill isn't intended to get her to quit; it's to get her to tone down her sharp questioning of Palin, for fear of being called "partisan".

Personally, I wouldn't waste a minutes time worrying about this. The only thing worse than Palin losing the debate would be the McCain campaign viewed as "whining" about losing the campaign.

She will look awful, they know it (regardless of who the moderator is) and mccain's greatest strength is his whininess.

3. The repukes are such whiny cry babies. Why don't they wait until
after the debate to see if Ifill showed any biased in her questions before running around screaming with their heads on fire claiming she's biased. She hasn't even asked ONE question yet, for crying out loud!
