When Obama talks about that quite a lot.

He's also been poo-pooing many of the favorable Obama polls lately. Really, I think there's a combination of things going on:

1. He's kissing Brokaw's ass for the MTP spot (and Brokaw has of course mentioned his efforts to portray McCain in a positive light to counteract what he sees as MSNBC's pro-Obama tendencies)

2. He's saying that the polls are closer than they are so MSNBC keeps giving him face time for poll analysis.

I understand that he's amibitious and he wants to get ahead. That's fine. What isn't fine is when he twists the truth to suit his own purposes as he did with the "Obama isn't talking about job creation" claim and claims that polls that show this election isn't particularly close are invalid.
