1. We will? How do you know? They are tremendously good at cheating here
Jeb is, I guarantee you, setting some election day bombs right now--rigging the election in ways we'll never know about--he's a bigger ass than his brother.

2. I am still skeptical

Unfortunately a transplant. I still don't trust Florida.

I am getting a receipt when I vote, but that receipt still will not tell me WHO I voted for. What is the point?

4. Nobody blames the voters for that theft in 2000.
I don't believe it will happen again this time, there will be platoons of lawyers at the ready.

5. I don't think Florida voted Bush in 2000. I believe Jeb and friends took it away from the voters.

13. If it wasn't close, they could not have stolen it. Never misunderestimate the FL University System
to produce Republicans.

7. Fl Gov Charlie "I've Got National Aspirations" Crist
He and McAnythingToGetElected are buddies. If he had a proper wife and family he might have gotten the vp nod.
He is another Republicant like McGeezer...he seems better than most, but I'm not sure he's trustworthy. So he could sell his soul to get McWhatever elected. We must have strong win...and we will.

8. Did you see recount? Florida Dems did everything they could possibly do to get the votes counted.
Alas it was not to be. It will not happen again. FL will be big for Obama this time! I just know it.

9. Until you impeach Jeb and Diebold, florida will always go red.
Sorry. That's a fact. The GOP owns that state, until the dems get organized and pull all down-tickets blue, including Jeb's throne.

You guys have got to start supporting the local dem offices.

11. We plan to take out Feeney,Keller & co
Big push and backing from DNC to take out Ton Feeney in Central Fl. He was linked with Abramoff on junket to Scotland and has a strong challenger. Ric "I'm breaking my promise on term limits" Keller has a good and well off challenger too. So if Obama wins big they should fall. Hope the Orlando Sentinal see the light.

10. scary from today's ny times: "many older democrats quietly admit
they will not vote for Mr. Obama because they fear he would put too many blacks in power, or be hamstrung in office by racial opposition"

totally racist but not totally unexpected

how are we dealing with this?

Florida hangs in the balance

12. Hey McWhatevers 40% has to come from somewhere
I phone bank a lot. I have heard that he will fill the cabinet with blacks, or that if he is hurt there will be rioting.
So some older Dem's will not vote for Obama...but many have said they will just not vote. I always say very sweetly that we would appreciate their consideration. Good news is that I have not had any of the "bad ones" in over a week, so the electorate seems to reflect the polls, at least from my vantage point.

15. Voting their attitudes has been working out so well for them. (sarcasm)
Use guilt. They are responsible for this financial collapse we're all going through. (Tax cuts for the rich, screw the working guy/gal, and let the corporations do what they want.)

If they'd like to keep their Social Security and what's left of our freedoms, they'd better vote some common sense. It might be their last chance to.

The Repubs aren't going to look out for them one bit in the calamity that's coming toward us - they even took out any relief out of the bailout bill, and added pork. Red voters are going to need someone who is watching out for their pension funds rather than the fat cats at the top, or they'll go down the drain just like everybody else. As the home market drops, their property will too.

It's long past time to get a clue. These voters are not in the league of rich that Bush/McC care about.
