Poll question: How would you grade how Obama is running his campaign so far?
A? You think he's running a great one?

B? Good? But there's still room for some improvement?

C? Fair? Do you have some constructive criticism?

D? Poorly? You're frustrated with how he's running it?

F? Failing?

I am so enjoying this election so far. I realize that much of the country is fed up with Bush, and sure that helps, but I feel that Obama is making sure we don't let this one slip away by running such a smart campaign.

IMO, Obama is running an almost flawless campaign, as he and Biden are being sooo careful not to make any major mistakes. One of the biggest pleasures for me this time is watching Obama hit the McCain camp back hard with some blistering TV ads of our own. No longer are we letting the Republicans own the airwaves when it comes to putting out tough TV ads, and no longer are we hesitating to go on the attack ourselves.

You can be the greatest candidate in all the world, but if you can't deliver with a knockout campaign, then it all could go for naught.

I give Obama's campaign a resounding A so far.

3. Just how I feel, too
I totally trust they know what they are doing every second of the day

It's a good feeling, isn't it, to have so much trust in how they're running it. Makes for a much more relaxing time of it, knowing that we can just have so much confidence that they'll do whatever it takes to win.

8. yeah, I mean, he didn't get here by screwing things up....
and I guess that's why I get so annoyed when people say; he should do this; he should do that; he should say this; he should attack, blah, blah, blah.....they know what they are doing.

5. The first time I have faith in a Democratic presidential campaign
I have always been afraid about how the Democrats will react to the republican slime., but not with Obama. I actually trust that his campaign will do the smart thing, instead of caving into the republicans. It is refreshing not to worry about it

6. Two Weeks ago..
Two Weeks Ago: A "C"

Today an "A"

Why the improvement...
The attacks have gone through the roof. Obama, imo, was a bit too defensive, but has turned it on lately just when he needed it

7. I said B+ just because I never give anything 5 stars
But I'm really proud of him and really impressed. He's doing great and I'm so glad he's being proactive about the McSmearboat bullshit.

McCain's such a douchebag.

9. I don't see how he can get anything less than an A comparing where he was
one year ago to where he is now.

Breaking it down by individual months he might merit a B here or there, but still it's been an incredibly run campaign.

10. Considering he's young, black, named "Hussein Obama", fucking knocked the
Darling of the DNC and heir to the candidacy out of the running and now has downticket Republicans worried about being associated with their own party.....

An "A" is almost an insult to this remarkable campaign.

Grading him or his campaign with anything less than an A is just nutty!

23. DLC....doh!
Those bastards....I followed the superdelegate endorsements from December on, talk about a loaded deck, Obama started off with a huge deficit before the first primary votes were cast, he really came from far behind.

17. I know he speaks off the cuff as good as anyone..but I prefer him
when he is reading a speech off a teleprompter. Somehow the words and the message is clearer. Sad that with live in a world of sound bites but I keep thinking "where is the sound bite" when I hear him make a great point on his stump speech. I think that was a great point but nobody will see it on the news cause it took too long.

Other than that Obama is doing excellent. Loved his debate appearance.

19. His campaign has a Keating video that will be available Monday at noon
Obama has run a very disciplined and well-prepared campaign. He's proven to be one of the best political counterpunchers on the national scene in quite a while.

22. I am totally impressed with them! Obama & Co. never back down, and that's what we need!
The Dems have finally figured out that we have to fight and claw our way to the top -- none of this believing that America will take the high road. You have to fight every single smear, and they've done magnificently. (I was a hardcore hillary supporter who came to the Obama camp after the primaries, so my praise is not given lightly.)
