I really have to hand it to Joe Biden.
He showed remarkable strength and self-control the other night. Just the thought of him having to stand there for an hour and a half listening to this cocktail waitress talking about foreign policy. Good grief.

Senator Biden is a man of great patience.

2. Biden had a debate of his life
That was the best I've ever seen that man in a debate. The reason Obama is leading today was his performance at the debate. People didn't buy all the nonsense from Palin's mouth. Biden hit McCain hard and tied him to Bush. He did his job and helped push Obama's message.

4. Yes he is.
We could see the times when Palin was making a fool of herself and he could've, but didn't, attack. Imagine what kind of diplomat he'd be for President Obama (or what kind he already is today). Compared to the trash-talkin(g) grammar-thrashin(g) ninny from AK. :banghead:

My thoughts go out to the Biden clan - with all they've been through this last week - what an amazing family.

5. Biden is a remarkable man
He gave one of the best debate performances of any candidates, during and election.

It showed great strength that he was able to remain focused considering everything that was on his mind.

6. I got the impression he was holding back on how he really felt
I would have been yelling "Sarah, you ignorant twit: how can anybody with 2 brain cells to rub together say that" about every 5 minutes.

BTW, was there any reaction from McCain/Palin on Biden's mother-in-law's death?

7. Cocktail waitres or cheerleader?
She is the lead cheerleader for the GOP. It is her task to shore up the base.
