my perception...
if all they had on John Kerry is that he went to Vietnam to fight for this country, just to find out it was an unwinnable war, comes home and questions his government...is this not a very patriotic move? we have the right and the freedom TO question our govenment...this is ALL they have?

I remember in 1992 when they got a bunch of dirt on Clinton...character stuff...and he STILL won...if they are digging deep to find Kerry did something questionable and THIS is it...ummm...they got NOTHIN...Kerry is a GREAT man...and hasn't done anything that I would consider unpatriotic or unamerican...

bottom line..they are scared...they played it too early and it blew up in their freaking faces
