443K: The St. Regis effect: AIG spends our "bailout" money: CNN
This is going to totally piss off the last remaining Gramps supporters: This GOP is dead.

This story now on CNN is really, really brutal.

The Bush admin are simply theifs, and we finally know he's picking our pockets.

Gramps should concede, now.

2. Why Does This Affect McCain's Support More Than Obama's?
Just because Obama criticized it during the debate?

3. I can see where this does piss us all off but I do not see what you mean when
you indicate it pisses McCain's supporters more. It should piss everyone off where these arrogant bastards evidently have not changed at all and are just as arrogant as ever. They take our money after they have screwed up. People are losing their homes, cannot afford their insurance, health care, many trying to find a job and many just trying to survive with their families they go on a $400,000 junket with our money.

5. A synopsis:
A week after the bailout, AIG execs went on a junket to an exclusive resort in Cali. They reportedly racked up a $500,000 bill, including approx $23,000 at the spa for facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, etc. All on taxpayer dollars.

7. Thanks.
I had no idea what 443K or the St. Regis effect were. Is St. Regis the name of the resort where they did the junket?

6. Sorry. I heard it first on CNN: They're hitting hard on this.
Lawmakers steamed over ritzy AIG retreat after bailout

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/10/08/politicians.meltdown.aig.ap/index.html

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Days after it got a federal bailout, American International Group Inc. spent $440,000 on a posh California retreat for its executives, complete with spa treatments, banquets and golf outings, according to lawmakers investigating the company's meltdown.

The reason this will help Obama is either:
1. Conservatives will give up and refuse to vote
2. Indie's will decide once and for all to take out the GOP. The GOP is doing this at Bush's advice. Remember, he's been o TV daily to get this through?
