We must endure a month of filthy, hate filled, violence inciting lies from the McCain team.
It should turn people against them but I was thinking that if you hear something enough times, it begins to sound like the truth. I wonder if several weeks of hearing over and over this slime about Obama, some voters will begin to turn away.
By all rights it should just condemn the Republicans to an early death but unfortunately it doesn't work that way as the previous two elections have shown us. Many Americans say they hate the negative campaigning but they still fall for it over and over and over again.
God it's frustrating to have to accept that people can win this way.

1. Were the Republicans to win...
They would be the most hated administration in history.

No foreign leader would deign talk to them, or only with utter disdain.

And were McCain to expire in service, Palin would probably make us forget how dumb Bush was.

This cannot happen.

2. I think their ultimate strategy is one of vote suppression
And they'll go about from a few different angles.

Caging
Registration challenges (ACORN)
Character assassination and general poisoning of the campaign to drive down enthusiasm.

The first two they can pull off to a degree. I think Obama is the perfect candidate to make option three pretty much impossible.

3. And don't forget their surrogates here trying to distract us from the goal
We spend too much time here discussing the negatives of these two ass clowns and not enough time discussing the positives of the Obama/Biden campaign.
