Mika Mouse Show: Obama doesn't enjoy shaking hands like Bill Clinton did

They smell the horse race slipping away. On a good note, Joe's producer read an email from a viewer that went something like:

"My hatred for your show is the ambrosia that sustains me." :rofl:

Now Joe is whining about Obama supporters wanting to keep Obama in a pristine glass so that he doesn't get touched. :eyes:

15. Joe did say around 6:15 that Ayers was a dead issue....
going on to say that with the economy in the shape it's in that no-one cares about what he (Ayers) did 40 years ago and the the connection with Obama was a desperation gambit.

Of course, he still has a woody for Palin saying that she's the freshest thing in politics since Ronald Reagan

edit: I tuned-in this morning, but didn't make it longer than 10 minutes. I changed channels when Scabby dissed his viewers, scoffing at the idea of hearing from them via email. Maybe once Rachel's show has run for a few months, MSNBC will come around to the reality that their ratings could be better. Until then, MSNBC doesn't get my eyeballs outside Countdown and Maddow.

27. Pretty good actually
By low information voter he meant that Sarah Palin herself doesn't know much about Obama's past. So she's looking into the camera and squinting, really selling the, "Who is the REAL Barack Obama?" line. Essentially, since Palin comes across as not knowing much about Obama (or much anything else) it sounds more plausible to ask about who Obama is than to have someone like McCain ask who Obama is.

32. Boxing analogy:
The McCain campaign has a pretty good jab but sucks at throwing combinations. Obama is a superb counterpuncher (kind of like Chuck Liddell if you're a fan of the UFC). Hillary was more of a death by a thousand cuts type of political attacker.

So it doesn't surprise me that the McCain attacks look like they're only halfway thought out.

Joe had mentioned that earlier in the show, saying that
his mom went to the rally in Florida.
