Why have we heard more about ACORN
in the last 3 days from the MSM than we've heard about DIEBOLD in the last 6 years?

Is there ANY justification for this other than right-wing media bias?

Also, it is quite obvious that the ACORN 'fraud' is largely the work of a single individual (CNN reported that all of the fraudulent voter registrations were in the same handwriting!) and yet they still raise questions about a possible connection to the Obama campaign?

Why are they talking about this crap at all given what's going on with the economy?

8. Because
They are afraid of losing revenue from being shunned by the repugs. That's one of the biggest drawbacks to corporate supersized (monopolized) media outlets. That's why I have always been against such consolidation of our news outlets, because that's what you get.

2. Because the pukes own the MSM
We have to reverse the media consolidation once Obama is in office.

Bless his heart. He has a lot to do.

10. According to the story that has been running all day on CNN
they've found several hundred fraudulent voter applications at an Acorn office in Indiana - all in the same handwriting! Clearly the work of a 'lone nut', yet they continuously feel a need to highlight Obama's connections to the organization.

6. If I Understand It Right
This whole fracas about ACORN pertains to only several hundred (600 some) voter registrations in one area of operations. And then, they are questionable registrations not necessarily fraudulent.
Faux has been obsessing about ACORN all day and how they might have (god forbid) indirect connections to taxpayer's money. This dog won't fucking hunt for them as hard as they may try to get it to.

11. I'm remembering this from 2004, so I might be wrong...
...but don't ACORN workers get commissions on the registrations they collect? I thought I read that they have a habit of holding them back and collecting a lot of them so that the commissions are larger when the turn them in. If this is true, yeah, I see opporunity for people to scam the system and take advantage by faking registrations for more money. If I remember, the ONE fraudulent claim made against ACORN in 2004 was exactly that - a woman created fake registrations for more money. It was not a matter of "voter fraud" because there are no real people behind those registrations - nobody is going to show up and try to vote using the name of a restaurant. Criminal, yes, but not a humongous scandal like that biased sneering CNN reporter was trying to make it out to be. "The potential for huge voter fraud in November." Fucking LIAR. You have to have the photo ID of the dead person to VOTE, idiot, and you KNOW IT.

I hate that guy.
