4. Twitch as in they're making my eye twitch, because

I'm about to pop a blood vessel in my forehead over their excitment over this news. I remember this subject a while back, but honestly never cared to really look in to it - because, well, I didn't care :lol: Now it matters - we have lurkers and indies on the board :(

Wait a minute, if that's was what he was doing, then it is just what he said he would do. LIttle georgie has stated that HE is sending two more brigades there next summer, how can he do that?
