Palin to appear on SNL on 10/25.
I just emailed SNL to tell them I doesn't be watching. What the hell? Palin won't deign to give Brian Williams an interview, but she's got plenty of time to be on SNL (including a rehearsal on 10/24)?

As much as I would enjoy hearing her booed when she walks out on stage, I won't be watching.

3. There needs to be a massive campaign against her--she's trying to incite violence and
is race-baiting. I don't know why Lorne Michaels is so greedy for ratings that he'd give an election boost to a white supremacist.

So I assume Biden will get his chance to be on as well? And is Obama rescheduling his time?

Giving her time to seem comical, lovable, friendly and to poke fun of herself just before a major election is not good. The media and the right-wingnuts will make a huge deal of how America will fall in love with her BLAH BLAH BLAH. We don't need that. The only good thing is that Obama will have PAID time on the networks the Wednesday after this show.

There is no way I'll watch Snidekick appear on a *comedy* show when she refuses to stand before reporters in a press conference.

On the bright side, knowing that McSleeze stiffed Letterman because he didn't think it was appropriate to appear on a comedy show during a serious crisis, it's good to know the crisis will be over by the end of October when she appears on snl. :eyes:

12. Doesn't matter. There is nothing she can do or say to make herself look intelligent. Nothing.
She'll do everything in her power to make herself likeable or even funny, ugh, but she'll never pass the litmus test of being a competent VP candidate. Never ever ever ever.

With any luck, she'll come off as more of an idiot than the idiot that Tina Fey portrays.

21. I go pretty often, but you have to wait overnight on a line to get them
and even then you aren't guaranteed to get in. It's gonna be hard to get into that one though since Coldplay is on.

I have been a fan since the FIRST show, through the bad times in the 90's and thereafter, and now you bring this woman, Sarah Palin, who incites violence hate, and racism against a Presidential candidate, onto the show because you think it's funny? Not only will I refuse to watch the show on 10/25, I may boycott SNL until my death. You need to feel the pulse of America, not crass attempts at ratings.

A friend of my was related to one of the original long time Stage Managers on SNL, he would roll in his grave if he knew this was happening.
