You know what is worse than anything Bill Ayers ever did?

John McCain helping to lie us into a war that got thousands and thousands of innocent Americans killed or maimed for life.

Shortly after 9/11, he went on Letterman's show and was spouting off bogus assertions about Saddam, such as Saddam him being behind the anthrax attacks and the supposed Mohammed Atta/9/11 connection. We now know he had no basis for any of that. And he spent over a year beating the drums, falsely, for a war in Iraq.

Bill Ayers did some stupid things that have nothing to do with Obama, in the first place, but no matter what he ever did, he never has done anything remotely as bad as John McCain did in leading up to the Iraq War.

1. True. I do not believe that Ayers..or the Weather Underground were responsible for

any deaths...except a few of their own people. They destroyed property..and always warned ahead of time to evacuate the premises.

2. Please read Ayers wiki. For one thing, he had nothing to do with the Greenwich Village

accident, but he raised either one or two kids who were orophaned by it. He targeted no human beings. He was not a terrorist, but a war protestor who broke the law. Not every crime against property is terrorism.

He seems to have led an exemplary life since 1972. He has the honor of being a Distinguished Professor of Education at the University of Chicago and also being Chicago Citizen of the Year in 1997. He and Obama sat on charitable boards together. He has written widely used textbooks.

If all people have on Obama is caring about the education of children, I feel better than ever about Obama--and I always felt very good abot him.

3. K&R I don't concider Ayers a terrorist.

Period! McHeh! on the other hand... if we could see his war record, health records, and on and on, maybe we would know if he is or not.
