The Legislative Council must affirmatively vote to make it public. Not only have they not finished reading the thing, they haven't even discussed it yet.

Also, the Council has a majority of Republicans on it and the RNC has been playing hardball to insure it is never allowed to see the light of day.

Don't put any hopes into ever seeing it. The vast majority of Republicans are scurrilous and would aid in a cover up, especially since such a cover up would be entireluy legal and within their rights.

We are dependent upon Republicans being ethical. I hold out no such hope for ever seeing the report.
