McCain Campaign is down to throwing the garbage disposal......wants investigation of Acorn/Obama
McCain Campaign Calls for Investigation of ACORN-Obama Ties
By Michael D. Shear
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Sen. John McCain on Friday accused his rival of being connected to a group it said was conducting voter fraud, calling for federal investigations and media inquiries into the progressive group ACORN and its ties to Sen. Barack Obama.

In a conference call with reporters, McCain campaign manager Rick Davis said he is worried the election is being "stolen" in several battleground states where irregularities have been discovered in voter registrations collected by ACORN, the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now .

"We don't think the election is something that should be stolen from the American electorate," Davis said, calling on Obama to join him in calling for the inquiries.

"ACORN is an organization that has violated the law on a repeated basis," Davis said. "Barack Obama has given $832,000 within the last year to an organization that is a front group for ACORN."

4. They are preparing the populace for a big fight if Obama wins
they will challenge, like they did with Gore. They will find an opportunity. ACORN is their boogie man for now.

6. Unhinged no longer describes McCain.
He's just batshit crazy now. ACORN has been registering voters for YEARS and YEARS. They are not an "Obama organization." But facts don't matter to crazy lunatics. McCain's campaign, such as it is, is circling the drain so fast they don't know what to do anymore.

ACORN = Yawn.

10. Of course they do. It fits their narrative.

First they attack ACORN for two weeks, then lard it all on Obama.

He's black. They're black (purposeful overstatement). He's responsible under the "all black people are responsible for all actions by all other black people" rule. It's in the GOP manual.

12. There is no voter fraud because votes have not taken place...
There is registration problems that will be dealt with at the local level.

We had ACORN operating here in Cuyahoga County for a while now and while they do good work, they tend to hire some shaky people who are just going to fill out bogus sheets for the cash.

As Magistrate pointed out in his thread, the new laws say that ACORN can not toss out the obviously bogus forms but must, in accordance with the new regulations, hand all collected registration forms into the proper BOE.

So, the way for ACORN to stop this would he to go through the registration cards turned into them in front of the worker and only pay for those that appear legit. Then pay for the ones that look shaky but are accepted by the BOE at that point. That would stop it real quick.

Of course they could also better supervise the teams and pay wages.

13. When Obama wins, they want their brownshirt mob to immediately
start questioning the legitimacy of his victory. They're setting the stage as we type. They disgust me.
