4. After I give that boy 40 lashes, he'll know his place?
Or just the usual lame rhetoric of "I'm John McCain and i'm gonna kick ass, because I'm a tough guy, see. mmyea, mmyea, see"

I wonder.

19. Um, no I don't
You've been nothing but rude to me! I am not about to get ahead of myself in this election - I still remember '04.

If McCain says he's going to "whoop Obama's ass", I would think he would come out stronger.

Stop trying to act like Mr. Tough Guy just because I'm a new poster.

27. I'm an Obama supporter.
If I wasn't, why would I drive eight hours to St. Paul on June 3 and stand for 12 hours to watch Obama's acceptance speech? and, why would I go to a Dubuque, Iowa campaign rally in 2004 and take a picture with Joe Biden?

I'm just being realistic. I don't think McCain will be that good in this debate, but he will be renewed since his campaign is imploding.

I'll be laughing too at the freepers on Nov. 4 :)

25. McCain's been flat in debates
And I think it's quite a stretch for him to claim he's going to "whip Obama's ass" - but you would think McCain would come out with renewed energy since his campaign is imploding.

I just hope if McCain gets tough shots Obama makes good comebacks. Obama is 2/2 in debates and hopefully it's 3/3 by Wednesday.

32. Campaign implosions don't exactly spawn "renewal."
It'll be a miracle if he does so, and I find any suggestion that he'd be "renewed" outright laughable.

34. True
Maybe I exaggerated but I think it's McCain's last hope to come out "firing". I definitely don't want him to be renewed.

15. He has made promises in the past and failed to deliver.
Certainly he recognizes how reckless he looks when he does shit like "suspend" his campaign, vow he will not attend a debate unless an agreement is reached, and attends anyway.

Maybe he will live up to this threat. I hope it is just more bluster so his supporters will become more discouraged. If he comes with it, and politically he should since he announced he would, I am sure Obama will be ready and waiting...

36. I think he has a serious case of PTSD....
Seriously. At times he seems angry and frustrated, other times he looks agitated and confused. The "My fellow prisoners" gaffe spoke volumes to me.

He always seems to be experiencing some profound emotion and it literally shows on his face or in his demeanor. It's kind of scary really.

37. What choice does he have?
He has been basically ridiculed as a coward and challenged by everyone from Obama/Biden, his supporters and even Palin to get aggressive. He HAS to "say it to his face" this time or he will REALLY look like he is ashamed of his own campaign, which of course he is. He is going to whip his you know what? Are we 5 years old here? He can't even say butt?

39. For a guy whose great great grandfather owned 57 slaves down
in Carroll County Mississippi, McCain should probably be a bit more careful with his terminology.
