John McCain: Doing whatever it takes to stop marriage equality
I just got this email from my daughter, again I'm very proud of her. She's a member of the Gay Straight Alliance club at her college (she's a freshman and also very involved in Young Dems just in case there's one person here that I haven't bragged to) and they are sending this to everyone they know. So now you guys get it.

Here's the text of the email-

Hi,

You're probably seeing countless news stories about John
McCain's "maverick" record. But did you know:

- Two years ago, John McCain campaigned to deny marriage to
same-sex couples in Arizona.

- Now he's publicly supporting the ballot initiative to end
marriage equality in California.

- And he's even said he wouldn't rule out a constitutional
amendment to ban same-sex marriage nationwide.

Some maverick, huh?

I've signed a petition asking Sen. McCain to stop embracing
right-wing discrimination against gay, lesbian, bisexual and
transgender people. Will you join me in doing the same? Watch
the ad of him endorsing a ballot measure to deny marriage and
domestic partnership benefits to all Arizona couples and sign
the petition! Go to:

She, and I would be very proud if you guys would give this petition the big DU!

Thanks!

7. Thanks.
I'm just trying to keep this kicked for the people who haven't voted, or signed the petition.
