The Mailer That Put the Final Nail in the McCain Campaign Coffin
Can you guess what it is?

Close to 100 million Americans either received mailers last week or will be receiving them next week. It is these mailers that will put the last nail in the coffin of the McCain Palin campaign.

It wasn't sent by Obama, nor by 527 group, not by any non-profit or even a political organization.

It didn't mention McCain or Pailin, Obama or Biden. Didn't mention taxes or Iraq, Gay Marriage or Abortion or any other campaign hot button topic.

But the personalized mailer is the single envelope that will have caused John McCain and many republican incumbents to lose their seats.

Excellent piece by Rob Kall. :patriot: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/rob-kall/the-mailer-that-put-the-f_b_133999.html

Hint: It IS the economy, stupid. Twas ever thus.

3. One flaw...
The only statements I ever get on my IRA list the current value, and provide no historical data. I'd literally have to dig up previous statements and do the math myself. It irritates the hell out of me, and it's just a "oh, don't worry, we'll take care of it" tactic.
