2. The GOP in Virginia is scared shitless
They've lost 2 Govenor's races in a row and a Senate race in 2006 and are about to lose one in 2008. Virginia is turning into Blue and fast.

No, I'm not advertising for McCain. I'd sooner slam my dick in a car door. When I posted on the Campaigns forum someone suggested that I should post it here too. I find this mailer shocking (not to mention low class fear mongering) This mailer sent up some red flags for me- like maybe the Republicans are planning an Ohio 2004-style stunt to make it hard to vote in Virginia this time around (since we're a battleground state for once) I can't think why else they would be sending out a bunch of Absentee Ballot applications.
