2. Ain't it purdy??
I think it helped that Barack AND Hillary BOTH spoke at the state Dem-NPL convention in Grand Forks during the primaries. What a crowd...I didn't know that many Dems lived in the state!

4. The old folks don't want him. The good ol' boys don't want him.....
Hell, The Fuckin' Republican party doesn't even want him!:wow:
This is going to be a landslide election (looking strictly at the electoral votes)
no more fear, no more doubt! Obama is so far ahead now that they couldn't even rig this one without everyone in the country calling BULLSHIT! I think Mcfucktard and Phalin have become my two favorite re-pukes for handing us this election on a silver plater.

12. C'mon Montana C'mon MONTANA!!!!! We are not going to take your guns!!!
That's been the issue pushing McCain supporters in LTE and Editorials. The Dems had Obama, and the Clintons there several times in the year and I think McCain was in Billings - they only seem to go to Billings.

to get to 61! Then we can move Holy Joe to his new office in the sub-basement boiler room.

14. Found this on kos regarding North Dakota..
North Dakota for Obama?
by Tom J
Mon Oct 13, 2008 at 05:35:56 AM PDT
North Dakota, a state that Bush won by 27% in 2004, is very much in play, if a new poll
is to be believed.
Could the home state of Lawrence Welk go blue?

Three times since 1916 has North Dakota gone in the Democratic column, most recently when LBJ defeated Goldwater in 1964.

The poll shows Obama barely ahead, 46%-44%, a statistical tie... but in North Dakota!?

Tom J's diary :: ::
What's going right here?
The McPain people may want to console themselves that there is yet a large number of undecided voters, 12%, many of whom will probably eventually go to McPain, but it looks like he is going to have to work for it.

In North Dakota. They probably took its 3 electoral votes for granted.

This just shows how difficult its going to be for the Republicans to turn things around nationally for McCain, if they have to work to win back a state that has been so loyal to their cause. This election is all about the economy, and people are not going to be easily convinced to hitch their horse to the party that has destroyed that cart.

Now this is no time for complacency (but it is cause for optimism), go out there and register voters and make sure people vote.

Updated with better link, previous was a problem for some.

but I would love to be able to be giddy with joy on election day. I'm in knots thinking about it, can't imagine how it must be for Obama and Michelle awaiting the final outcome.
